THIS TONER DESTROYED MY HP M277dw Laser Printer. I just substituted black. but it fits well. but started typing as shown here. I called the company in California and sent them many messages but they don't answer. Revain first offered me credit for it since it was made by Amazon, but then dropped the ball. Told me to call the seller and get a true picture. I have done both. Again, True Image never responded. Problem, they won't answer. but now I need to buy a new printer. are you kidding? and Amazon does nothing. They sold the product and do not endorse their own products. WARNING, I don't want this to happen to anyone else. This is very disappointing on Amazon. .o, the seller finally replied after 3 emails. I blame my color toners for never replacing them. You are joking.
