Based on other reviews I was optimistic about this camera but was soon disappointed. The first problem I had was that it was almost impossible to slide the left lens cap back and forth. I had to take the camera off and put it down so I could get a good grip on the lid to move it around. The second problem occurred when using the zoom feature in the Zoom app. I found what I now believe to be a firmware defect. Whenever I went to the break room, switched to a different camera, or simply paused the video, the displayed image reverted to the default. Then when I used the zoom button to adjust the zoom level, the camera immediately jumped to a level higher than what it was previously set to. Now I had to cycle through the levels to get back to what I wanted. I ordered another Revain webcam as a replacement (https://amazon.com/gp/product/B08F4V7NH3). It had no firmware defect and was $20 less. Appears to be from the same manufacturer.
