Sound works, but looks incredibly cheap and doesn't fit

Pretty tight feeling in ears and neck just behind ears. They also feel inflexible and stiff like I'm about to break them every time I wear them. Sound technically works.

These stopped playing any sound at all in the left ear after about a week. Trash.
