This dress is adorable. My daughter is for it but she is very tall so we need to take a dress a little bit bigger so we have enough length. She usually wears a size 6-7 and it fits perfectly. The heart is made of mermaid sequins, which on the one hand say "Hello", and on the other hand - through. My daughter loves it and says it's very comfortable and soft.
