I got it because I often work in a coffee shop or work out at the gym when people call me. It used to be very difficult to be heard with a regular BT headset. Today I tried this headset both while running on a treadmill with background talk and music at the gym and while sitting in a noisy coffee shop. In both cases, I asked people how my sound sounded, and in both cases they were completely unaware that I was in a noisy environment. Bonus - it works well when running too. The only downside so far is that it's harder for me to hear my podcasts when they only reach one ear. Of course, if you decide to go with this typeface style, that goes without saying, but I was a little put off by my increased complexity. It's worth considering whether you want a 1-ear or 2-ear headset. Noise canceling is the reason I bought the headset. I am very satisfied so far. I'll update later when I have more experience with it. Edit: I've been using them for a few months now. Here are the issues I've found: * The power button is too easy to press in my pocket - I can't count the number of times I've tried making a regular (non-Bluetooth) call only to find this one Headset in my self turned jacket pocket (affects both per call and battery life)** edit2, a few months later: This problem has become a nuisance. The battery keeps draining so I can't use it when I need it. This issue will probably put me off buying this headset again. It's very tempting to downgrade to 3 stars. * When out of range it keeps telling me to shut down without stopping. This is what happens when I go somewhere with my phone but without a computer - I have to turn it off and on again or it keeps saying "disconnected" from the computer * there must be a button that activates the assistant on your phone. It beeps but never activates the assistant. I can get it by saying "OK Google" but a button would be very handy. Due to the frustration described above, I am reducing my rating to 4 stars (I would give 3.5 if it were possible).
