Defective product that did not work. Instructions in the shipping carton for various models.

Extra waiting for a good product. The device was defective, so the bypass installation was in vain with a lot of work. The ez setup guide in the package states that the first step is to download a device monitoring app. Unfortunately, after many attempts to connect the application to the device, I was convinced that the packaging in all these devices is wrong. One would think that this would be fixed after the bug was discovered in the company. One star was for the nice person answering their company phone.
