We tried 2 times but ended up returning both. For the record, I ended up buying a 12.5 at a local dance store for triple the price, but after 2 returns and still not sure what size she needed I had to go to a physical location. The shoe itself seems reasonably well made, but the sizing remains a mystery. Even in a shop without my daughter, it was intimidating. My child wears a size 11 street shoe and a size 12.5 jazz shoe. She only has 1/4-1/2" in the toe for movement and growth.
