One shoe was heavily worn, the other was in perfect condition. The faucets on both were worn out. I bought a new one, so I don't quite understand. But other than that they live up to expectations. My daughter wears a size 7 shoes. I read reviews that suggested going up a size, which I did. The size 8 shoes I received *just* fit my daughter who has nowhere to grow. Her feet also developed red bumps after wearing the shoes for less than 5 minutes. If I were to buy another pair I would probably go up the size 1.5 and go for the wide version. On a positive note, my daughter loved the shoes and they looked cute!

For us, other tap shoes fit better. For my 6.5 year old these shoes are too big, they would probably fit better if they were wider. new voice for a solo concert. So she will only use it during the solo concert. Impossible to use them all the time because they are too big for them.

According to the reviews I ordered a size bigger and wider - they fit perfectly. However, they arrived without boxes and without bows. I don't know how to order the bows but we're keeping them because otherwise they're perfect.

buy you! These were the perfect tap shoes for my little girl's first step. I especially liked that she could put them on herself (Velcro). The price was perfect for shoes. Definitely recommended.

She loves them but they seem a little loose. However, she has narrow feet so maybe her foot needs a four star rating and not a product.

My daughter loves what she calls "click-clack" shoes! I chose a normal size and width for the first pair we ordered. They fit, but were very tight on her. We went one size up and a wide width and they fit perfectly!

Seriously? I would return them if we didn't need them. Only one shoe came with a bow and that bow came off immediately. After simply unzipping them and putting the loop on, it immediately detached from the clip. For 50 damn dollars I expected at least some quality. If I could put 0 stars I would.

I love the extra comfort and support around the heel, it protects against blisters and provides comfort so no knock is forgotten.

Much less painful than the cheaper ones and easy to put on. The tap dance teacher also said that these were real metal tap dance pads, not fake ones.

It can't be made by Capezio, the quality is terrible. The buckle on the strap stops in the middle of your foot. Ideal for beginners learning to tap dance.

If your baby has wide feet, great. Fits a bit on first try but stretches well. No complaints. The others we tried couldn't hit her with her foot because they were wide.
