I ordered several frames. All the 8x10 came with a mat but the 11x14 did not which messed up my plans as the photos were already printed. There’s also no way to stand up the 11x14 so it must be hung by the comb clips. I did not get any wires to hang it like others mentions. Disappointed with the 11x14 Walnut. The 8x10 were great. This product is a complete disappointment .The instructions are confusing and the final product looks cheap and tacky. The only positive aspect is that it's adjustable and can be customized to your liking. However, the cons far outweigh the pros. I’m picky about the color and everything is what it says it is, except the pic showed a darker band than the learher on the Orange journal. What I got was a band the exact same color as the cover.
