I have not used it yet. I just received it yesterday and need to fill it with wipes and diapers. It holds many things. I have a full pack of honest brand towels, five size 3 diapers, a tube of Aquaphor, 1 disposable changing pad and some diaper trash bags. It's a bit stuffy but doesn't burst, it fits perfectly in my diaper bag. I can already say that I will like it because it organized all my child's things! I used to have diapers with extra pockets for tissues and nappies, but they were soooo bulky and I had to carry diaper bags and travel nappies separately. It was pain! In fact, the reusable changing pad isn't bulky at all, so it still fits in my diaper bag, so there's no reason for me to have one of those bulky travel pads. This Bumco bag fits perfectly in a diaper bag, or I can take it with me on the go and wear it over my shoulder, on the stroller, or on my wrist. It also comes with a tissue pouch. Haven't used it yet but it looks very solid! Plus, if you use a tissue, you'll definitely have more room in your bag for more diapers and whatever else you want! I am happy to use this bag and it is pleasing to the eye!
