Skelton's Rainbow Unicorn was received on time and arrived undamaged about a month before Halloween. Installed the Rainbow Unicorn Skelton about a week before Halloween and it was easy to set up and easy to inflate. Had to blow off the Rainbow Unicorn Skelton two days before Halloween due to overnight high winds and didn't want it to be damaged. The next morning I plugged the Rainbow Unicorn Skelton into an extension cord and it didn't inflate. The motor does not run, the air does not move and does not inflate. Tried two different extensions and same result, the fan on the Rainbow Unicorn Skelton wasn't working. What's even worse than Rainbow Skelton not working anymore is that I emailed GOOSH about the problem over 2 weeks ago and never got a response from them. Nothing from GOOSH, not even an email form saying they received my email. Needless to say their support team gets negative stars from me. Overall, the Rainbow Unicorn Skelton was cute while it worked, but now it's just a bunch of useless fabric that frustrates me every time I walk past it.
