Review on NIVEA Butter Loose Vanilla Macadamia by Anastazja Lenarcik ᠌

Excellent product, the best quality.

Nivea Macadamia and Vanilla Lip Oil came to me by chance: it caught my attention while I was standing in line at the checkout in a cosmetics store (after all, the marketing trick worked). I have a lot of lip care products, because my lips are problematic, often dry. Lip oil is enclosed in a round metal jar, which is pleasant to hold in your hands, but in order to open it, you need to have some incredible skills and abilities: at first it is very, very difficult to pick up the cap. Although now, after a little less than six months of use, I have this fantastic skill, and I can cope with a stubborn lid without harm to nails and nerves. The format of the product allows you to apply oil from a jar to your lips either with your fingertips, or with a brush, or directly from the jar, touching your lips. Due to the format, I only use it at home, I apply it with my fingertips. The texture of the oil is balsamic, quite pleasant, easily glides on the lips. The smell is sweet, the same vanilla and walnut. For me, the smell is pleasant, I do not rule out that someone may find it cloying. As for the care properties, in catastrophic cases, for example, with lips cracked into blood, of course, you should not expect salvation. There is also no cumulative effect. A good softening of the skin of the lips is enough for me. I use it before bed or during the day. The oil in a jar is as much as 16.7 grams or 19 ml, so it will last for a long time, the consumption is small. Summarizing, I liked the Nivea Macadamia Nut and Vanilla lip oil, I think that after the existing product runs out, I will purchase an oil from the same series, only with a different smell.

Pros
  • Nice smell; Nice texture; Lip softening; Small price; Large volume; Small expense.
Cons
  • The lid is hard to open.
