John Frieda Go Blonder Lemon Miracle Masque In-Shower Hair Treatment Strengthening Lightened Hair Fibers 3.5 Oz Review

As a natural blonde that sometimes adds some additional highlights (but not for the last 3 years), blonde hair is a thinner shaft than most other colors. I have particularly fine (almost baby fine) hair that is straight. This definitely helped the hair feel stronger and gave it a nice softness and shine. It costs a fair amount for a small tube, which is the only real complaint. Have bought again since my Vine sample ran out.

This conditioner has a lemony fragrance, very pleasant and it works so good! My hair is color treated and thick, quite frizzy in all this humidity, but this conditioner makes it smooth and silky. I actually don’t totally rinse every bit out and that makes it work even better. The only problem is that it takes quite a bit of it per treatment and the tube is rather small, hence, the 4 star rating.

I’m in love with this product! It makes my hair look like I spent the day at the beach! Very subtle, natural, smells amazing and leaves my hair super soft and healthy!

I love this product for the conditioning aspect, but I didn’t notice a lot of "brightening” that happened on my blond hair. I have been using Pureology Purple shampoo and it works a little better for brightening. I do love the scent and softness of this product on my curly hair, so gave it a 3-star rating.

I've used lightening products a couple of times in my life and this line by John Frieda is very effective and one of the best ways to get easy ht home results without damaging your hair - because they offer products like this to help you protect it. I've used it a couple times now while also using a lightening spray and my hair is still happy and healthy with good gradual results.

My one daughter has light to medium brown hair and she leaves this conditioner in for 30 minutes every night she takes a shower. She has the most beautiful honey/Carmel highlights! She loves it. It didnt feel like it did much to repair. If you dye your hair blonde or use lightening products, then you know the dryness and rough texture that it creates. This did seem to help some with the texture, but not much for the overall dryness. Regular moisturizing hair mask did a better job for that, an of course a leave in conditioner.

I have highlights put in my hair and I use this afterwards to help keep my blonde hair blonde and reduce brassiness. My hair was and stay particularly beautiful and true to color this last coloring. Going again tomorrow and look forward to the same results.

I love this John Frieda Masque. It works as stated. It lightened up my hair well and it is really cool how it works. It's really easy to use and it smells great. I recommend this for people wanting to go a little lighter than normal.

Regret using this. I have blonde over-processed hair. This made it worse and I did not like the scent. Now I have to do even more repair work on my hair after using this line. My hair never lightened.
