Improves texture a little
It didnt feel like it did much to repair. If you dye your hair blonde or use lightening products, then you know the dryness and rough texture that it creates. This did seem to help some with the texture, but not much for the overall dryness. Regular moisturizing hair mask did a better job for that, an of course a leave in conditioner.
