Good masque with a light scent

I bought a lot of hair masques about six months ago in an attempt to make my color-treated hair healthier. Some of them had very nourishing formulas that I was never able to benefit from because I couldn't stand the smell. This masque, by contrast, has a very nice scent. It is light and slightly citrusy. I think most people would find it pleasant at the least. As far as conditioning is concerned, it does a pretty good job. The ingredients are not unusual (see the list below). This Masque is part of the Go Blonder system, but it does not do any lightening. The blonding comes from other components of the system. This part is supposed to make hair healthier.Ingredients: WATER, CETEARYL ALCOHOL, BEHENTRIMONIUM CHLORIDE, DIMETHICONE, CETYL ESTERS, DIPROPYLENE GLYCOL, CITRUS LIMON (LEMON) PEEL OIL, PHENYL TRIMETHICONE, FRAGRANCE, ISOPROPYL PALMITATE, BENZOIC ACID, PROPYLENE GLYCOL, QUATERNIUM-80, PANTHENOL, DIMETHICONE PEG-8 MEADOWFOAMATE, DISODIUM EDTA, STEAROXYPROPYL DIMETHYLAMINE, C14- 28 ISOALKYL ACID, GLYCINE, GLYCERIN, BIS-METHOXYPROPYLAMIDO ISODOCOSANE, SUCCINIC ACID, C14-28 ALKYL ACID, HYDROLYZED KERATIN, STEARYL ALCOHOL, YELLOW 5, METHYLCHLOROISOTHIAZOLINONE, SODIUM HYDROXIDE, METHYLISOTHIAZOLINONE, VITIS VINIFERA (GRAPE) JUICE EXTRACT, CITRUS LIMON (LEMON) FRUIT EXTRACT, CHAMOMILLA RECUTITA (MATRICARIA) FLOWER EXTRACT, HELIANTHUS ANNUUS (SUNFLOWER) EXTRACT, ALCOHOL, PEG-40 HYDROGENATED CASTOR OIL, TOCOPHEROL, VITIS VINIFERA (GRAPE) SEED EXTRACT.

Pros
  • Made my hair soft but I didn't really see my hair get any whiter
Cons
  • The scent may be too strong for some people
