Killed my cat and is dangerous.

This product killed my 5 year old autistic cat. Now her heart is broken because her cat died. This product is dangerous and unsafe. Based on my observation at home, our 9 month old cat tried to jump down but her claws caught the fabric rope and she rolled over, fell down the stairs and broke her neck and died instantly. I am furious because I trusted this product and wanted to spoil our Diana and it killed her. Please be careful as the material will stick to the nails and the threads will come loose. It's not safe for cats.
