The ease in which one can set up their channel as well as manage all necessary aspects of running such live streaming service from anywhere in world with just an internet connection was great experience for me. It also has a very good customer support team who are always there when we need them. I would say that they should make sure that quality of videos uploaded by audience stay consistent at least during peak hours otherwise people will look elsewhere. We use Castr for our online educational training programs where audience can access the course materials via online streaming. This helps us reach many more students than if only offered offline mode.
