This battery was good for the first couple uses, but I find that after running it to about 3.7 volts per cell, it will only take on about 1000mah of charge according to my charger. Additionally, this battery has taken a full day to balance charge when charging at 1C, as the cells will not balance out. I've not had this problem with any other battery. That being said, the battery was a decent price.

Even with overcharge of 4.35V, this 2200mah rated pack did not provide more than 1100mah under full load fpv throttle test. After about a minute cell voltage dropped below 3.45volt. Not suitable for fpv racing, freedomspec. A pity cause the weight was 175 with the original connector (soldering on xt60 shortening the lead gives 163grams) and the wrapping of the lipo is pretty tight, well done. For intense applications like race drones look for the cnhl lipos.

A little lighter than you may expect for a 2200b3s pak but the performance and quality is as good as any others I have flownJetti , floureon , pulse , glacier , e flite , zippy , HRB. be sure to double check your cg when you fly these paks . +/- wires are quality and the Dean's connector is good quality too happy with performance and the price is great.

Bought one for my Fei Lun FT-012 boat. Larger capacity and higher C rating than original battery. I had bought two other batteries for longer run time with this boat. The problem was the speed seemed a lot slower than with the original battery. This battery with it's high C rating gives the motor what it needs. Wished I had bought two of these (cheaper price) instead of the other two (more expensive - lower C rating). Extremely good value for the money.

The battery is absolutely great for the price and delivers the advertised amount of voltage, this did not end up working for me thought as the voltage was simply just too high for my project - which probably for you is great in your case as the battery had a great voltage and the build quality was excellent. Works super well I use it for airsoft instead of intended purpose and runs flawless only issue is since it's such a thick block type battery doesn't fit into many guns. Only thing I'd say is cone out with an airsoft variant that is as wide or thick and make length longer

I bought one of the batteries for my RC Crawler and it works amazingly well! It’s been through dozens of cycles and it is working perfectly! I ordered 2 more for spares and to use in other crawlers. It has plenty of punch and the run times are great! I would highly recommend this battery!

I purchased several of these Ovonic 2200mAh batteries 12 weeks before this review, and have flown them extensively in my quad and 3D aircraft. They are solid performers, which remain surprisingly cool under high-C discharge. The balance plug is very nice, allowing insertion and extraction without touching the balance wires (all batteries should have these). Time will tell, but after 12 weeks of use these are my favorite batteries.

It's winter in southern NJ but I did get a chance recently to fly my new E flite Valiant last weekend. I only got in three flights but I did use the new Ovonic 3S 2200 for one of the flights. I bought this battery because of the very competitive price: I figured it was worth a try. I'm glad I tried it out. I think I"ll buy another. The battery worked every bit as well as my new Venom 3S 2200 mAh battery. That lipo is not 50C (can't remember - I think its 30C). I didn't notice much difference…

Ordered 2 of these batteries for a brushless remote control boat and after the first couple uses these batteries perform as expected. I really like the heavy duty balance plug but may pose an issue in tight fit situations. I will update this review as necessary after continued use.

Awesome battery especially size. Only thing in my particular case was wires both jst and power leads coming up and out so high on opposing sides so far instead of out the sides a little more close to battery causing room issues on that one side other than that greeeeat!

The "protective" plastic casing was peeling upon delivery. Haven't even charged it yet and look.it's coming apart at the seams. Not to mention it does not match the dimensions given

This battery works just great in my RC rock crawler. That doesn't push the battery very hard so this is only one side of the coin.

As I haven’t had the product for long, I can’t say it lasts a long time, but it is a nice battery, it has a decent weight to it, it’s not very large, and it produces steady power.

Lots of power and a great price. I have a Horizon Vaterra and it's difficult to find a small lipo to fit it. This one fits, and it's a 3s. I've never seen my car so fast. Very pleased.

So, new to the hobby bought some Traxxas Slashes for the kiddos over xmas and most shops recommended 2S lipos hardcase 5000mah. Anyway, those were great but then I started getting deeper into the hobby myself, got into crawlers this past month and about 2 months ago got into 1/10 touring cars which let me to speed running said touring cars.Long story short, I kept using the same 2S batteries hoping for improved speeds. got a castle brushless setup, geared up the pinion, etc but still kept using

Update- Wow, 26 inch modified Shockwave running 2 2200 mah 50c 3cell batteries in series for a 6s ( 22.2 volts). Watch the double frontflip my boat lands and drives away from. Love the size and weight to power ratio of these packs. Only wish they were 3000 mah to 4000 mah so I could run longer . Keep up the great work.

Battery is used in a brushless RC boat. They draw huge loads on batteries so quality c-rating is important. This battery did great! No brownouts or power shortages at all.
