Took about 90 minutes to put together

Wasn't too hard to. A few instructions were complicated but I figured it out. My main complaint is that I DID follow the instructions completely yet the front wheels are on backwards unless I am pushing it backwards. When I pull it the smooth side of the wheels show. Guess I can switch but don't feel like prying off the hubs. You do get 2 extra ones.

Pros
  • Mad that it’s says up to 10 years old but the box it says up to 5 years old.
Cons
  • The handlebar may be uncomfortable to hold for extended periods of time

Worth every penny best in my review

We bought this as the next step from a stroller. It also had the added ability to take friends with us. We live in a neighborhood that is very walkable. This has been used very hard by us. Our daughter loves it. She loves to ride in it and to push it or pull it around with her stuffed animals. It is sturdy and well built. It is super easy to put together.Two of my favorite features:1. One of the seats has a compartment underneath where you can store anything you might need. It has come in handy

Great little wagon, but smaller inside then I expected.

This is a cute little wagon, but I'm not sure how two toddlers are going to fit inside because it seems on the small side inside. Also, I'm a little concerned about the door latch and little ones getting their fingers pinched, but we will see I haven't put it to the test yet.Also, ours came with some damage that we discovered after it was almost put together. Good quality for my opinion

Bought this for my 3 year old because he’s been wanting one for awhile. Putting it together was intimidating but after awhile I figured it out. I don’t have any other experience putting things like this together. He loves it and it’s still in one piece lol

Great Wagon! best in my review

This is a great wagon for toddlers! Seat belts, seats and cup holders too! Door is convenient to allow for entry and exits. I have only one complaint, the assembly was hellish! Pushing and pounding parts require two people to get the wheels on. I literally broke a sweat getting this thing together. Once together though it steers nicely. So if you need a workout and like the price then buy this cute little wagon. My grandson loves it!

Missing pieces: my feedback

Very disappointed! Missing pieces so now I have two very upset little girls!Changing the review since the company took care of my wife and sent out the parts. It was an inconvenience but they took care of us.

Not quite as east to assemble as I thought, but nevertheless, it is well worth the money. My granddaughter loves it!Sturdy and solid.

some assembly required

The instructions are horrible, they need to understand that pictures alone does not help everyone with assembly, some people need words. You shouldn't have to hire someone to put this unit together. The wagon is great but totally disappointed in the instructions.

Reservations on wheel assembly

The quality for the price appears to be good; time will tell.My only concern was the method used to fasten the wheels to the axles. Rather than using a push on fastener it would have been preferable to have the axles threaded to accept a nut and lock washer. But the manufacturing cost would probably have been higher. This observation came to light when I accidently put a wheel on backwards in the assembly process and had to remove it and reverse it. The fastener is attached using a special tool

Good Wagon for my opinion

Really do like this wagon! We did have an issue with one of the bearing-type pieces breaking off the wheel. I tried contacting Step2 a couple different times to see how much a replacement wheel would cost or how to fix it, but they never replied. That was disappointing, since I normally have had good customer service with them. The wagon still works without it, but maybe not as smoothly. My only other thing is that I wish the wheels were more rubber type material so it wasn't so loud rolling…

I purchased this wagon after I purchased and immediately returned the Mac Sports Folding Utility Wagon (horrible front wheels on it).The Step2 wagon is durable and perfect for older kids. My boys are 4 and 5 and they're pretty tall (they look like they're 6 and 7). Love it but toddler can't open an close.

Love everything about it except there is no way my toddler son can open and close it safely. He ends up wanting to climb out. He's 13 months but active and independent so it's a little frustrating for him. Hoping he grows into it and can manage to open and close it on his own soon.

This thing is a tank!

This thing is a tank. I did not have a trailer for my lawn mower for awhile and needed to haul some firewood up from the bottom of the yard. I hooked this thing up behind it with a large bolt and piled it full of wood. Ended up using for this through an entire winter. Next summer sprayed it off and used to take kids to parades. It has sat outside for around 4 years now and is still in great condition, not even faded.

Very sturdy best in my review

Hello, we purchased this for our two year old grandson’s birthday and he absolutely loves it! He easily enters through the door. It is also a very comfortable ride because it has lots of foot room with the foot drop down. This wagon is definitely worth the money. Thank you so much!

That it's durable in my review

I love that it's a brand that I know I can trust for quality and durability Little Tyke's has never let me down. I bought this brand for my son when he was a kid, now I'm buying this brand for my adopted grandson who just turned 1 year old in late September. Opened the wagon to put it together and the plastic is all scratched up. Doesn't look new because of the scratches.

I purchased this wagon as a gift for my two kids, ages 10 months and 6 years old. My six year old is 48 inches tall and I didn't think she would fit with my son, but I was happily surprised. She can sit with her legs facing in or turned to the side. The steering is easy, even with both kids. It pulls nicely and doesn't weigh all that much. Easy Assembly & Kids Love It
