Wasn't too hard to. A few instructions were complicated but I figured it out. My main complaint is that I DID follow the instructions completely yet the front wheels are on backwards unless I am pushing it backwards. When I pull it the smooth side of the wheels show. Guess I can switch but don't feel like prying off the hubs. You do get 2 extra ones.
