We have multiple of these locks in our office. I had 2 of them stop actuating the lock mechanism (so it would tell you locked or unlocked, but it didn't do anything.) I emailed with harfoseller (sent a video at their request) and they promptly sent 2 replacements. The zipper is cheap and sticks every time I zip up or down. The holster is basically an inside pocket with a Velcro strap over the top of it, it doesn’t feel like part of the vest but added to it. But, the day after I repotted my plants in them this yellow residue started to appear on the outside surface of all 3 pots, I cleaned it off only to find that it reappeared again the next day.
