I originally had some problems with this product. It kept turning off for no apparent reason. Very frustrating. I called support for help and they replaced the product, but had the same issue. I sent a video of what happening and they were able to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem right away. Turned out to be the charger. So this is my second unit. First one had some issues and was not working correctly. Would get stuck in menu and every time you went to touch a function it would switch to something else. Thought it was the software. Sent in and got a replacement with newer software. Unit worked great for about 4 days. Now when powered up unit keeps turning it self off and on. Pros: Turn off video recording to dark screen, easier to drive at night. The back up camera was nice when parking. Camera quality was good, even at night.Cons: As my title states, camera doesn't work anymore. Works great for 6 months, now constantly freeze up during hot day. I've tried to format and even use a brand new Samsung SD card but no luck. Sometime the mirror reboot itself and looping non stop. This is my 2nd unit in the last 1.5 years and months after using it. The lcd screen starts to come off the unit. It’s like the glue holding the screen to the unit body starts to fail. The screen eventually just comes apart and then stops working. This is the 2nd one I’ve bought and they both are doing it. The 1st one the screen finally stopped turning on. Cheap cheap cheap design. I work driving UBER/LYFT as a part-time and I’ll always get complements from the passengers for how cool this camera looks. The video is amazing from both front and rear cameras and the fact that I can check the footage on this device’s 10” LCD screen with great detail is really nice. Junsun’s costumer service is amazing. I had a few questions, I wrote to them and within minutes they answered to all of them. Happy with this product.

The front camera was very easy to install. I had difficulties installing the rear camera and will required the assistance of a trained technician. There is a minor flaw in the design of this unit. The ports for connecting the unit are location on the top of the camera. The "mini USB" cord that connects the front camera does not fit flat into the unit, but sticks up about 1/2 inch and directly under the built in garage door button in my console.

I can definitely see the plates on the monitor but it's way different on the recording. The recording is 1080 but due to the lens the clarity is cut short but once the vehicle is inside of that half-way zone; everything is clear.
