Pretty much rubbish. - Sizing

The first one I received had to be opened about 1mm to zero. It was also shipped in soft packaging and was creased in shipping. I sent it back. Got a replacement very quickly which was also sent in soft packaging but was not damaged. When tested, metric and standard measurements do not match. Not so good.
