If I knew what kind of service Sony offers, I'd go with the PlayStation 4. Got cons: The customer service at Sony is one of the worst I've ever seen or heard, and I truly didn't enjoy the company's products or services. It all began on the very first day when I purchased a set-top box. I purchased it from Amazon, where there are no complaints about the store itself, the goods were completely sealed, and they worked perfectly. The bundle came with a voucher good for three months of PS Plus; however, when I attempted to redeem it, an error message appeared. Upon inspecting the back of the voucher, I discovered that it had already expired by a couple of days; as a result, I was required to get in touch with Sony customer support. When I called, they told me that I needed to write to their mail, so I did that. The correspondence with the clarification of the data continued for approximately two to three days, after which I was assured that the problem would be resolved between two and fourteen days. After waiting for fourteen days, they froze me and requested me to wait for an infinite amount of time, which I did not appreciate and is the reason why I am required to write this review. After such "wonderful" service from PlayStation, I will not consider it for future purchases, which is something I do not advise you to do either. I chose between PlayStation and Xbox before purchasing a console.
