Doesn't work well for audio cable

I have a couple of splitters from KINGTOP they are all good but this extender has ruined zoom conferences twice. We can't hear the other side well, the other side can hear you well too. The problem is solved if the headset is connected directly to the computer. And it happened with 2 different computers. So KINGTOP needs to work on quality control. I am returning the cable.
