I'm a retired chef so I cook a lot. Burned 2 Cuisinart and a Breville before gritting my teeth and ordering this R101. - Nirvana. Nothing beats the smooth, powerful rumble of the Robot Coupe engine, and the parts are incredibly durable. Chopped hard cheese, cut into 1-inch pieces, without a hint of jam or jelly. The same goes for French bread with a hard crust โ crumbles finely in seconds without sticking. If you can afford it, buy one. Enough for the rest of your life.
