Review on WUPYI Adjustable Leather Armrest 68-100Cm by Erin Wright

Dropped by a customer

I have a bit of a disagreement with this armrest, it seems true when it says it's hard wearing and can be a great armrest but I think so the grips are incredibly cheap in comparison to the rest of the stand, and it has a few other issues. If you want to make a durable armrest, it must have strong handles. It caught my client's eye when I was tattooing him, although it was pulled in place, not a good start. Luckily it didn't ruin the tattoo but it didn't look good for a professional and scared us both. The base is solid and comes with sliders which I like and the padding seems to be of good quality but there is loose fabric on the underside where it is stapled, it can be easily super glued on but it shouldn't be something i need to do on a brand new item i just bought. Also I assume most people know how to assemble one of these but no instructions came and only had one screw hole when there are 5 screws total. I figured you'd have to screw them into the wood panels inside yourself to get them sitting where you want them, but that would be useful information to at least give and screw into the one available hole as well. almost impossible given the angle at which it must be done, even adjusting the angle does not solve the problem and in fact it does not work with either a regular screwdriver or the one in your pocket, without having to work at an awkward angle and trying very hard, to bring him there. In general it will work, but it could be made much better with just a few small tweaks by distributors. I tightened it by the handles as hard as I could at the risk of ripping out the screw holes. If it falls on another customer afterwards, I will return it.

Pros
  • Easy to carry
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
