An elegant solution to a messy problem
We've just spent about a billion dollars on a new kitchen and were wondering what to do with a towel. We use it a lot when cooking and cleaning, and we only ever pulled it out by the drawer handle on the island, which blocked other drawers and looked awful. We have a closet next to the sink with a 12 inch high door. It fits perfectly. The inside of the bracket is rubber lined, but it's too wide for our 3/4" wood cases. I just installed a 1/4" rubber bumper on the rear post of the towel rail and now it fits like a glove.
