Attractive thick soft cables that *look* fantastic, honestly when I got them I couldn't believe I found so much. Unfortunately this is a facade, one of the Type-C connectors on the first and only one of the two cables I used is already broken and I am VERY careful with cables and electronics in general: I still have the very first Type-C. the cable i ever owned came with my galaxy s8+, bought the day it was released more than 3 years ago and i still use this cable with other devices almost every day. No problems with this cable after 3+ years and it is much thinner and weaker looking than this cable. The 6.6 inch cable that I purchased for this kit only connects 50% of the time and 50% of the time it connects I get a "Low Charging Detected" notification (with an OEM 25w pps charger, highly optimized, very few always-on apps, I keep my screen brightness low and never had an issue with the stock cable other than length). I think you get what you pay for. Too cheap to bother with returns unless I have other things to return and probably don't have great warranty service like my popular brand that starts with A and ends with R. Guess I'll hop on some good A***r cables anyway :( I really hope my Choetech Type-C Displayport cable uses a better Type-C connector than these cables, but I'm still not sure as it appeared used on arrival the braided sheath was completely worn out on arrival I will update this review if they offer excellent warranty service but unlikely they can afford the same service as Unfortunately I cannot recommend higher brands given how cheap these cables are the cheapest USB-C cables and/or if they are for a static/fixed installation These cables are for charging.
