I use it with an Omega Pure Bristle 10049 shaving brush and a Gillette Mach 3 razor. Only problem is I have to cover the end of the razor "fork" to to keep the razor from falling off. It would be nice if I didn't have to do this, but I'm sure it's impossible to design any of these things to fit all razors. base before use. It is strange that the manufacturer recognizes a not very good build quality. Instead of adding an insert to the box it seems they could use Loctite for the screw and add quality checking before packaging the product. Despite the instructions to tighten the screw, I didn't. Mine arrived neatly assembled.
