My dermatologist recommends several of his products to me. This cleansing cream is gentle on my skin and leaves no residue. It's not drying at all, which is important to me, and actually leaves skin feeling soft and moisturized. There is very little fragrance, which is fine with me. When applied, it does not foam, but remains in the form of a cream. Simply apply, rinse gently and dry. I am happy with this cleaner and will continue to use it.
