I straightened my hair for a while before I found this product and realized I needed something else as my hair would otherwise become dry and brittle. At that moment I knew I would probably have to cut it again, and I didn't want to do it. This product revitalized my hair! Now it's soft and shiny and a lot healthier! I have to apply it gradually as I have long thick hair. I comb it gently so that it covers the hair shaft from root to tip. I finish my shower, rinse thoroughly as instructed, and then let my hair dry naturally, blow dry, or a combination of both. When I want my hair to be curly, the product prevents the grizzlies that have haunted me since childhood. If I decide to straighten my hair, it protects my hair from drying out, breaking or split ends. With regular use of this hair mask, I can honestly say my hair is healthier and better looking than it has ever been in my 64 years!
