spend a lot of money on led bulbs and expensive hps bulbs i could find very good reviews on this particular bulb i am very happy with sylvania and bt37 i don't have i have others tried well-known brands, but I compare them to HPS lamps, which are much more expensive. Don't waste your money on CFLS, LED or HPS Metal Halide lamps React to Metal Halide It didn't work with my digital ballast but it worked with my old magnetic ballast.
