I'll be the first to admit that I use the keychain in an unconventional way. I use a keychain to keep all my dog tags on the collar. ID, rabies, rights, etc. You can see them in the photo. I tried this keychain because the last three "typicals" we used were messed up by my son attaching the leash to the keychain (rather than the collar itself). On all occasions when my 130 pound dog pulled, he would fully line up his key ring and thrash about. So I wanted to try these titanium rings to see if they would be more durable. Since I received 2 rings, I decided to test one of them. I put on all the dog tags, tied the leash to my keychain and took the dog outside. Then I got my son to call him and run, so the dog chased him. I tried to hold him up by pulling the whole load on the bunch of keys. The photo shows that this keychain passed the test (it is smaller in the photo). It warped but never opened and I was in control of my dog the entire time. Since it was warped, I took it off and replaced it with another one. If you are looking for a strong and durable keychain, this keychain passed my test. The only problem is that it seems a bit smaller than other keychains I've had. It's much tighter for all the tags on it. I still stand by everything I said above. After a few months the problem appeared, as I said, the elements are very tight on the keychain. Since the ring is titanium and the tokens are aluminum, after a few months of moving the tokens, the ring cut through all of them! I lost my dog's license plate and rabies tag. While I think this would still be a great keyring, I suggest being careful if you use it the way I did.
