The white dress is not sheer at all; the only issue is that it's tight enough to see the lines of underwear if they're not seamless. The top is extremely flattering and tight enough to be supportive without wearing anything underneath. The phone pocket is a little difficult to get into so I don't use it. I wear it around town but it could also be good for low-impact workouts (or high impact if you add a sports bra). The skirt flares just enough that it doesn't hug the bottom of your stomach, so it's form-fitting but not unforgiving. My only complaint is that the shorts tend to roll up when I sit down, which digs into my thighs. For me, the pros outweigh the cons and I'd order it again.
