So take it in the morning when you first urinate and don't put anything on your body. This test is pretty simple; You write on a stick and read off your result. For those who claim this doesn't work, I'd like to think it's manufacturer error, but it's so simple that it's impossible to abuse this test. Worked for me and I'm happy with it.
