Overall great party dress. I’m 5’1, 203 lbs and wear a 16 normally. The XL fit great and had some stretch. I purchased one dress and had to return due to a hole being in the dress. The second dress had a few areas of loose stitching but it was still wearable. Also pink dress isn’t very thick. You will need to wear dark underclothes to prevent it from being see through. My 5 year old definitely struggled with using this but we knew it would be more of a parent and child project to do together. The instructions show different designs and braids which are really cool, but understanding the picture instructions takes a little trial and error actually trying to replicate the steps. The little divider between the goggles is just a chain but I suppose it'll work just for a costume piece. I haven't put them on.
