If you`re looking for decent lighting for your pet supplies, this is not it. Based on my observations, this product gave off very little light and did not help my aquatic plants thrive. The only good thing about it is that it was easy TO install .However, the lack of light it produced made this product a huge drawback for me. Save your money and look for a better option for your aquarium lights..
