It takes some time to position them correctly on the shirt. Even after that, I noticed that they often no longer fit properly after about 1 hour of wearing and fall under the shirt (with minimal sweating). Sometimes it happens on one side, sometimes on both sides. Tried after the shower, at the end of the day, with deodorant, without deodorant. . . all have the same result: pads do not stick. I also have no problem removing all the padding from my shirt at the end of use (other reviews say it's too sticky). I ordered a second batch to see if the first batch was too light with glue but both batches are the same. I would not recommend them. I mainly use cotton for shirts. I've since bought several shirts with extra padding.
