. I'm a size 7.5 but I usually wear a size 8 when it comes to running shoes because I usually like a small toe box. I took the plunge and ordered my regular size 7.5 and it fits perfectly leaving some room to breathe. The width is just right and the arch support is comfortable. It's a fairly durable and well-made shoe with good support on the bottom. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. Edit added: the included laces are too long, they are 60 inches long. That I had to tuck them away after tying them into the boot because they were too long for 7 eyelets. Instead, I had to order new 48 inch laces, which left the perfect length after tying.
