Do not buy Office products

I have bought several of these cartridges. I'd rather not buy them. I have color and black. Only 1 cartridge worked in each box and I was offered a small refund (I will not pay for 1 cartridge). Said the return period had expired. How Fast Should I Use Ink on a Home Printer? How was I supposed to know the second and third cartridges didn't work until I installed them? Only the first worked.
