$75 saved over Dodge Remote and works as expected
Dodge wants $175 for a new remote. My local dealer programmed the $60 remote and blank key in about 30 minutes and it works great! Dealer prices vary in northern Michigan from $60 to $70. So call if you have more than one dealer in your area. You have to make an appointment and wait an hour. Another option is to hire a car mechanic. If they are unable to program it, ask them to program the remote first so that you can return the item. Note. You have to pay for the work whether the remote is programmable or not.
