Review on Helpie by Demetrius Patsion

I like how easy it was to use helpit as well with other plugins so we can have multiple types or information at one time! nothing yet but would love more features/plugins for helping us expand our knowledge base website (knowledgebasehub).

The support team has been great too!! they are very helpful when you need them most. We needed an easier way than wordpress pages where students could easily add notes about their assignments without having access only via email from me which takes forever sometimes because not everyone knows html code etc.. this helped solve all those problems by using wiki's within each student account instead if just emails sent directly back & forth between teacher /student accounts.
