I like that it allows me to see what is happening in my inbox at any given time (which can be helpful for getting back into things). It also gives you options if your email gets stuck or doesn't go through right away so they are not completely out of reach when needed! I like that it is completely free for individuals to use (no credit card required) but paid if you want more than one user per profile page or multiple pages in your site! I have been using coral for about 6 months now to moderate comments that are associated with our website content (a fashion magazine). It is not easy at first glance but it does help if you give yourself time! The tool offers many options which can take quite sometime before your confidence grows - so keep working towards finding out how all these features work together seamlessly in order develop an effective workflow as well manage comment traffic easily along side other tasks within my job…
