It also has some really easy to use features which makes it very easy to use for clients who don't have a lot of experience in interpreting. I like how easy it was set up in our client's website (we used Wix). It has helped us automate processes that were manual previously such as sending out surveys/quizzes or recording attendance info via an app we developed internally called "Attendance". It's very easy using this software as it has been designed specifically around our clients' requirements (we are an interpreting agency). In general the software has been easy to use and learn. However, sometimes when trying to input data into the program, it would either crash or freeze my computer so I had to reboot it. When it did load properly again it was still blank, which meant that the data entered was lost. On another occasion, the company that runs the software took over 4 hours to fix a bug.
