I like that there are many different ways to get an instant confirmation or denial from the user. It also has some really easy to use features which makes it very easy to use for clients who don't have a lot of experience in interpreting. There isn't much to dislike about this software as far as features go. Make sure you test any interpreters who you consider working with before you send them out for jobs. Many different interpreters will say they can interpret Spanish but when you actually ask them to read something they aren't familiar with, they can't do it. So make sure you test them first. We use boostlingo in order to ensure we have enough staff available on the days we need them.
