I like how easy it was set up in our client's website (we used Wix).
It has helped us automate processes that were manual previously such as sending out surveys/quizzes or recording attendance info via an app we developed internally called "Attendance". We also use boostlngo daily because its so helpful when someone calls about something not being done correctly during their visit! There really isn't anything bad i can say other than maybe having more features would be nice but thats just nitpicking haha :P.
