Perfect for interpreters and translators alike

It's very easy using this software as it has been designed specifically around our clients' requirements (we are an interpreting agency).
I have no complaints about its ease in use or functionality - everything works exactly how we need! There isn't much that could be improved upon from my perspective but if there was anything then perhaps more training would improve things even further? We've had absolutely nothing negative come out so far when working within their platform which makes me happy because they really do care what happens after purchase too :).

Easy to learn for all staff members, especially those with little experience.
Flexible/adaptable nature allows you customise each user interface individually depending your individual needs & preferences)
The support team is always available whenever asked by any customer service representative
