The support is fantastic, they're always quick to answer questions we have or help us work out what our next step should be when something goes wrong - whether it's because I've done something badly by mistake (which has happened several times) or just general software failure/error. The ability to have multiple users be able to access files from different locations, which is great for when you need more than one person working in same document at once or if someone needs something that's not located locally but instead stored online somewhere. I think it would make sense to add some sort of way for people who aren't familiar with computers (or even those just new to using computers) can still use this software without having to learn all about how computer systems work.…

The ability to share files quickly, easily & securely is what I like best about this program! It's perfect for our organization as it allows us to keep all documents in one place (not scattered across several different programs). The best thing about this product is that it's very simple to use, even for newbies! It offers many features including security which can be really helpful when you don't want other people accessing your files or folders just by clicking "open" in Windows Explorer (which happens if one forgets). I like that it can be done remotely, so if someone is out or away from my office for any length then no worries about not being able to access files! I like that this is very simple to use. It's not hard at all, you just have to upload your files in order for them to be available online. The only thing i dislike about it is how long it takes for some things to load up after uploading them. For example, if you're trying to add a new page or post, it might take awhile before it shows up. Also, sometimes when looking through my pages/posts, there are pictures missing from certain areas.
