The ability to have multiple users be able to access files from different locations, which is great for when you need more than one person working in same document at once or if someone needs something that's not located locally but instead stored online somewhere. I think it would make sense to add some sort of way for people who aren't familiar with computers (or even those just new to using computers) can still use this software without having to learn all about how computer systems work. Also, there are times where we will send out documents via email only for them to open up our Word doc as well because they don't know what to do differently. This helps us keep track of everything sent around internally since everyone has their own personal device now.
